Services

Every organisation that engages Syvenred comes with a different starting point — a different maturity level, a different operating model, and a different set of constraints. The services below reflect the most common ways we work together, but most engagements draw on more than one.

What stays constant across all of them: we work from your actual situation, not from a pre-packaged methodology. The framework serves you — not the other way around.

ITSM Consulting

Design and implement service management that your teams will actually use.

Who this is for

  • Organisations building an IT service management function from scratch, or rebuilding one that has lost the confidence of the business
  • IT leaders who have a framework on paper but not the operating model to make it work
  • Organisations preparing for growth, a merger, or a transition to a multi-provider model
  • Teams firefighting constantly and needing structured process to break the cycle

What we do

  • Current state assessment — what exists, what works, what doesn’t
  • Process design across incident, problem, change, request, and knowledge management
  • Service catalogue, SLA framework, and governance structure
  • Implementation support and team enablement — not just documentation handover
  • Service Management Office (SMO) setup and operating model design

What you can expect

  • An operating model your team can own — without the consultant remaining in the room
  • Documented processes written for the people who will follow them
  • A prioritised improvement roadmap with realistic timelines

Experience behind this service

Delivered across national payment infrastructure, banking, and aviation environments in the GCC.

ISO 20000 Advisory

Certification readiness built from the inside out — not an audit exercise.

Who this is for

  • Organisations pursuing ISO 20000-1 certification for the first time
  • Organisations that have attempted certification and not succeeded
  • IT leaders who need to demonstrate service management maturity to regulators or the board

What we do

  • Gap assessment against ISO 20000-1 requirements
  • Remediation roadmap — prioritised, realistic actions
  • Policy and procedure documentation aligned to the standard
  • Internal audit preparation and management review facilitation
  • Readiness support up to the certification audit itself

What you can expect

  • A realistic picture of what certification will take — honest timelines and effort estimates
  • Documentation your team can maintain after certification
  • Advice on selecting a suitable certification body

Experience behind this service

Advisory drawn from having held an ISO 20000-1 internal management role — understanding the standard as an operational discipline, not an audit checklist.

The certification audit itself is conducted by an independent, accredited certification body — Syvenred prepares organisations for that audit; it does not conduct it.

Training & Webinars

Practitioner-led learning with GCC context built in.

Who this is for

  • IT teams who want to apply ITIL 4 in practice, not just pass an exam
  • Service desk leaders who want structured knowledge development for their teams
  • Organisations building internal ITSM capability rather than remaining consultant-dependent

What we do

  • ITIL 4 knowledge and application workshops — connecting framework concepts to real operating challenges
  • Bespoke in-house workshops tailored to your team’s maturity
  • Webinar series on incident, problem, change, and governance topics
  • Examination preparation support for those pursuing formal ITIL certification through an accredited training organisation

What you can expect

  • Learning connected to the work your team does daily — not a slide deck followed by an exam
  • Materials your team can reference after the session
  • A trainer who has implemented what they teach, in the GCC

Experience behind this service

Syvenred’s training is practice-focused; for official ITIL examination and certification we can recommend accredited training organisations appropriate to your context.

Mentoring

One-to-one guidance for ITSM professionals who want to accelerate.

Who this is for

  • ITSM practitioners working toward ITIL 4 Managing Professional or similar qualifications
  • Analysts and process owners moving into service management leadership
  • Professionals in the GCC who want a mentor with direct regional experience

What we do

  • Structured one-to-one sessions — frequency and format agreed with each mentee
  • Certification guidance and structured study support
  • Career navigation for progression in the GCC market
  • Honest feedback on CVs, interview preparation, and positioning

What you can expect

  • Direct, honest feedback — not affirmation
  • A mentor who has built the career path you are working toward, in this region
  • Practical guidance you can apply immediately

Experience behind this service

How we work together

FormatRemote, in-person, or hybrid

Most engagements run hybrid — remote for process work, in-person for workshops and review sessions.

Duration2 weeks to 6+ months

A focused gap assessment can be completed in two weeks. An SMO setup or ISO readiness programme typically runs three to six months.

StructureProject or retainer

Project-based for defined-scope work. Retainer arrangements available for ongoing governance support and mentoring.

LocationGCC-based, regionally mobile

Primary focus is the GCC market. Engagements outside the region considered case-by-case.

Most clients begin with a free 30-minute discovery call. There is no pitch and no obligation — it is a conversation about where you are, what you are trying to achieve, and whether Syvenred is genuinely the right fit. If it is not, I will say so.

Pricing is engagement-specific and discussed after the discovery call, once the scope is understood. There are no published day rates on this site — a number without context is rarely useful to either party.

Not sure which service fits?

Not every situation fits neatly into one of the four categories above — and that is fine. If you know something needs to change but aren't sure where to start, the best first step is a conversation.

Ready to take the first step?

The discovery call costs you 30 minutes and nothing else.
